Spicy casserole
Serves 4

Ingredients
 | Knob of butter |
 | 2 Onions |
 | 1 tin of chopped tomatoes |
 | 1 chicken stock cube (dissolved in 190ml of water) |
 | 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup |
 | 4 rashers steaky bacon |
 | 6 spicy sausages |
 | 2 cloves of garlic |
 | half a tablespoon of chilli powder |
 | half tsp of salt |
 | 1 tbsp of flour |
 | 1 tbsp of oil |

Method
Melt butter and fry sausages until brown
Remove sausages and set aside
Add sliced onions, garlic and oil and cook for five minutes
Add chopped bacon and cook
Stir in 1 tbsp of flour (or enough to soak up juices)
Add 1 can of chopped tomatoes and stock
Add chilli, ketchup and salt and stir
Add sausages and cook for 25 minutes
Fry second onion separately, until transparent and add to pot
Remove cover and cook until reduced
