Ingredients
MethodPut sausage meat into food processor with spring onions, diced turkey breast, bacon, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, mustard, Worcester sauce, mango chutney. Whizz until coarse mince. If using mince, mix by hand. Shape into 6 patties. Fry gently in hot oil. when golden brown, turn over and cook for 5 minutes. Place in buns with choice of relishes.
